The staff is super rude. They talk during change of shifts when they should be counting drawers. The doors are closed and they stand there talking.

There is a lady that works in there her name is Yudaisy, this is the third time it happens that she is very rude. In three occasions she didn’t wanted to help me don’t understand why. Today it was about lottery tickets supposedly she can’t sell them unless you have played there before. I’m a first responder and every case I see every single day it’s a lot worse than whatever is happening to her. Well she might be the owner’s daughter.
