The store is clean and very organized. It stands out for the attention of the staff, who are always willing to offer explanations about the products. Employees are very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. The garden center has a large selection of plant pots and plants kept in great condition, with staff noted as being very gracious and helpful. While retrieving an item can sometimes be a slight hassle, the staff is consistently helpful and makes a big difference compared to other stores. The paint department also receives praise for employees who are nice and know their job well.
I like to visit garden section to check clearances. Area is always clean and clear of hazards. Always feel safe walking around here.

Hialeah lowes... went several times this week to the paint department. the employee named jorge. Was very helpfull, knowledgeable and kind! answered all the questions I asked. Very good employee!!!
