I went here just to have a simple vacuum and clean inside the car cause I had a smoker drive my car several times. So it was just to get rid of the ashes and clean the surface area cause the ashes stained it a bit. The car smelled like an ashtray prior to the clean and still kind of did after but cig smoke is hard to get out when it's caked into the interior and air vent of the car. Either way they did a great job getting rid of all the gross ashes, including the nooks and crannies of the car. They also cleaned the inside and out windows which was a plus.It was enough that all I had to do to get the car smelling good again was put those air fresheners that go in the air vent since the smell was coming from there. I didn't clean the outside of my car but I probably would take my car there in the future. Honestly for the price and the fact that it's all hand it's convenient and nice. Just be aware that their hours my vary. I saw 9pm on google but I was the last car a little after 5 and they were closing up. Also everyone mainly speaks spanish but they have the patience if you struggle with spanish. All in all I like the place and would go again but I could see how folks not originally from Hialeah being turned off by it.

they did the absolute bare minimum in which I could’ve done myself the reason of paying someone else to do it is to get the spots I can’t reach. With that being said my passenger side chair and driver side chair underneath still had dirt and sand they missed spots completely and didn’t even clean my dashboard area was 25 dollars and i paid 30 should’ve checked befor payingService: Vacuuming

So I brought my Honda Civic to this car wash to get my fabric seats shampooed to get some stains out and I was very upset with the results I got. I paid a total of $90 and they gave me the car back with the seats wet. When I got the car I thought nothing of it because I imagine it takes a long time to dry, but the next day I came to the conclusion that they gave me the car with the seats wet so it can seem perfectly clean, because once they dried I saw all the same exact stains resurface again. You would think it's because the kind of stains I had were just tough stains. But I was able to remove the stains with a $5 cleaning product that was only applied and scrubbed for 30 seconds. When I wiped the seats afterwards to remove the excess product from the seats the paper towels came back completely brown from my stains. Some would pose the argument that the cleaning product purposely changes color to give the illusion that the stains were in fact removed, but I tested the product on a clean paper towel and it did not change color. This car wash is a bogus joke, I am never coming back here again. I paid $90 for a job that was not done. I wouldn't suggest it to my worst enemy.

Honestly...if youre thinking of getting small spots removed from cloth seats, don’t do it. They charged an extra 5$ and the spots came back as soon as they dried. Total rip off. 30$ was the total of my service (fora sedan) and I could’ve done a better job myself. It was vacuumed good but the inside interior looked the exact same to me. On top of that, they scratched some paint off my hood with their pressure cleaner. I wouldn’t recommend this place.Services: Vacuuming

Horrible experience! It’s obvious they didn’t even try to do a decent vacuum job. They didn’t bother to remove my cloth mats & left dirt underneath. They completely forgot to put my rubber protective mats back and i had to request they be returned. My trunk was filthy. There was mess left in my cup holders and they didn’t bother to attempt to wipe it down. It’s a 2020 vehicle and wasn’t even that dirty. They charged me extra to wipe down my leather. The chrome on outside of vehicle had fingerprints all over it. $35 for a sh*t job. Detailed my a$$. Never again.
