Went to my neighborhood go to to get mine and the mini e nails done. New year new adventure! All the Asian techs aren't here anymore. I only saw Kim and old man. Thought they were going to give my mini me the full spa experience for her mani-pedi but just shaped her finger nails and polished. But the old man catered to her even having to redo her toes because 4 yr olds don't understand don't cross your feet. But overall it was a good experience for her. Me on the other was so not for the $30 pedicure experience. The nail tech I had didn't message me or anything out of the ordinary (message lotion or oil- left on my leg). In here I noticed that the product jars have been here since they opened. They might even be the ones you send when I used to bring my mother over 5 yrs ago. Lol I guess if it's not broken. During my manicure the tech nicked me and didn't even noticed until I mentioned it. The polish is also acetones down and my cuticles weren't cleaned of all the polish. The tech didn't even use a new band file on my feet or hand and then carbid bit wasn't cleaned from the last customer. The wax station uses the same stick they used on the last patron and is truly covered in old wax. But overall I was an okay experience.

The owners are really nice! But some of the workers perform very slow and don’t listen to what you are asking for to get done. For the price I paid it was not worth it and in less than two days two nails literally just fell off from my fingers and the gel nail polish started chipping off from my toenails literally. Please make sure you do your online search review before you spend any money.

The lady was absolutely rude and disrespectful. 1st she didn’t ask what i wanted then said i couldn’t get what i want. I told her what i wanted and she said she did that but she visibly didn’t and they were hideous. She started to get smart and disrespectful when i nicely said i didn’t like them & she kept telling me i was wrong. She was very unprofessional and i do not recommend at all. I believe it was one of the owners apologized for her and was very kind. The nail tech cut me with the drill and argued with me about taking off the design and was rough with my hands. She started yelling at me to get out after she kept saying things to me when i repeatedly asked her to take them off.

I’ve been doing my nails here for almost 10 months.NOT COMING BACK!!!! Decided to go today to do my Gel Manicure. First of all the board with the prices they have is wrong....It says $28 for gel manicure, they always charge me $29 but I didnt say anything, not gonna make a big deal for $1. I went by today and a new lady did my manicure and after I was done I gave her my card, mind you I was expecting to be paying $29 as always (had the tip on cash) they charge me $34 without letting me know, when I ask her why, she said to me that she was charging me for the wrapping to remove my gel polish. To me that was insane and mind blowing ...Charge me to remove a nail polish that I already paid???? the previous time I came and you guys did my nails...That doesnt make any sense to me. Taking my money somewhere else.

They are unprofessional and unorganized. I signed the list to get a service but they will put people before you for a eyebrow wax or a different smaller service. I waited for almost 2 hours. No one gave me an approximate wait time either. They hardly acknowledged me. Will NEVER go back.
