Fantastic service. After getting the run around from my roadside company for three hours, I called KV&V. Their price was reasonable, they were honest about their availability, and most importantly, they showed up exactly when they said they'd show up.
The driver was courteous and professional. Everything went off without a hitch! Highly recommended.

Unfortunately these people placed my car in a compromising position. Now I can be fined by the city because they decided to drive and park my vehicle in the opposite direction of traffic on my street. Now I can be fined by the city and I have no way of moving my disabled vehicle. Sucks that low price comes with low quality of service. Would recommend if you want to get a ticket or have your vehicle towed after dropoff. Super disappointed. Contacted them but they never returned my call. Now I’m stuck calling another tow company to fix their mistake. All cars are facing the right direction and space was left for them to do the job correctly. I simply cannot wrap my head around why this was done this way. All they would have had to do was drive around the block and come around I’m the right direction…Service: Car towing

HORRIBLE customer service over the phone ... I was explaining to the person where I was and they gt extremely frustrated and belligerent .... Held a t me a told me to "GO F--K MYSELF"....
