Terrible customer service. Can't recommend when the "owner" doesn't even respond to the number he provides. There are so many other companies that are open for business and waiting for customer calls.

In effort to support local business' I decided to give JP's Mobile Car Wash a shot and I wasn't disappointed. Very prompt and comes ready to go to work. Left my car smelling nice and clean, was able to remove stains on my seats and remove all the nasty stuff that one accumulates over time. I see why he is highly rated. He gets the detailing done. Interior and exterior. Would recommend to everyone Who needs a mobile detailing solution and a great price. Very knowledgeable and very clear. In my case he was able to see me very quickly and that is something I am very appreciative of. 5 out 5

A few weeks ago I needed someone to get rid of mold growing in my war. It was on the seats and rug. JP showed up on time and within an hour the car was as good as new. Great personality and service. Would recommend.

They are a great company to get your car detailed from. I can tell from the get they were good because they was using high grade wash and wax. My car was looking cleaner than shoe room after they was done

Highly recommend him, he came on time, charged a fair price and is very detail oriented. He left my car like it just left the showroom after it was drenched with calcium water from an old sprinkler system. Will use again in the future, thanks JP.

Beware...Called to schedule an appointment but no answer. Owner text back "who is this". Apparently he's screening his calls. I tell him I'd like to set up for me cars to be washed/detailed in Pinecrest and never heard back. Another Miami flakey car wash company.

JP's car wash did an amazing job on my car. I couldn't stop telling him how surprised I was at how clean, smooth and shiny my car turned out. It felt as if I just bought a brand new car yesterday. I appreciated that he was punctual as that is rare to find now a days with businesses. I also appreciated that he took his time and did not rush the service. As for the negative reviews, It is expected that not everyone will be satisfied with a service. However, I suggest that you shouldn't allow these negative reviews to make or break your decision with going with JP's.

Highly recommend Jorge. He did an Amazing job detailing my Escalade XL and now I had him back to do my Maserati. My car is look like they are brand new. He spent so much time and did an impeccable job. It's obvious how much pride he takes and doing a good job.

I met JP yesterday when he transformed my car inside and out. It shines! My friend says it an exfoliation which is well said and funny. We rescheduled twice because of rain. Important to say that throughout the process JP communicated clearly. My building wouldn't allow the work to be done onsite so we found a place nearby for his van and my car. JP brings everything he needs. In my many car wash suppliers contacted me after my initial request. Some were quoting $500, others $50. After reading JPs story and reviews I picked him. Glad I did.

He does amazing work. Fulfill your wants to the end. Great conversationalist and I will be sure to call him ever time I need a wash. Brought my car back from the dead. DONT HESITATE TO REACH HIM, ITS WORTH EVER PENNY!

2004 VW Jetta hadn't been detailed to that extent since ... who knows when. I've detailed cars before and JP put in some love and sweat in this one. I couldn't be happier.

On time. Efficient. Sparkling clean. Even showed me the gross water he removed from the cloth- water came out black From the machine(which was professional grade) so I know it was effective! We're hiring him to come back in a few days to shampoo our other cars. The difference is amazing. No more smell either. I asked him to do two runs with the shampooer- once with his regular shampoo and second time with a little bleach water to disinfect. Worked like a charm. Will be back for his services again!

Did some research and decided to go with JP after a few heavy quotes from others. He gave me a decent quote and stuck to his guns in negotiating so I can respect that . The work he did turned our great! Got my baby shining again after another detailer in NY hacked it up by marring the paint. JP got most of it out and now I don't see those terrible swirls. Thanks JP for bringing the paint to life and making it feel like it came off the lot.
