I was referred to go here by a friend. I was given a set price for parts and labor and paid in full prior to any work being done. Once it was time to pickup my car I was then forced to pay an extra $120 claiming I got too big of tires and they had to trim part of my truck. Mind you the owner (Jonathan) told me what size tires to get so it wouldn’t rub. He then told me that it was going to rub regardless but my thing is why didn’t you just charge me for that before with the total bill, instead of charging me once the work was done. I guess that’s what I get for going with a privately owned family business in Hialeah, instead of going with a reputable company. Maybe it would’ve been more, but it would’ve been a set price from the beginning.
Once I got home I then realized they left trash in the bed of my truck for me to clean up. The reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because despite them being unprofessional and going against their agreement, they did do a decent job on my truck.
Overall, I would not go back to this place or recommend anybody else get work done from here.

This shop rocks and puts my local dealership to shame. My local Headquarter Toyota dealership that also has TRD products incorrectly installed my lift. Jonathan shop is proof of experience and confidence with Jeeps on lifts. He diagnosed my shocks as the culprit and now my 4runner cabin is quite, drives smooth, and the stance are leveled right I noticed from the bat! Can't thank this guy more than once and he actually check and called me the next day to verify my suspension is error free. Definitely will be coming back for more installation in the future.

Absolutely amazing work. Delivered on time as promised. John was extremely professional and explained everything step by step. The truck came out better than expected. Will definitely be back and will definitely refer friends and family.

Got a 3.5 inch lift installed on my Gladiator. Price was good and service was done in one day. The work appears solid and will definitely be getting more done with them in the future.

I took my truck in for a few modifications, and after being very specific with I wanted and being told by Jon, one of the owners, that the headlight that was ordered would be made to work with my vehicle, once installed it was not the case. When I picked up my truck, one of the lights even had a scratch already. I then expressed it was not what I expected, it was not handled for several weeks and even then still wasn't. Now the issue isn't just that, things happen. However, Jon, then proceeded to call me on the phone, where I was told I was "talking s*** about his shop" and a "pain in the a**** as if he does my services for free. When I showed up to the shop, He then decided to not treat me like a customer and refer to me as "this n***a", repeatedly. And that he wasn't going to help me, because my lights could not be returned anymore. My lights were installed back in mid September and since then it was back and fourth. Fortunately, Carlos, his father, was courteous enough to speak to me like a customer should be spoken to, but the person you mainly deal with is Jon. Running a business isn't easy and it's time consuming, but you would not hear from Jon for days at a time, and even when asking questions regarding your vehicle, responses will be delayed and taken as you being a "pain in the a*** and "drama".
