I own a black car, went for a regular cleaning and not only was my exterior left dirty, without even cleaning the side mirrors, but the interior was very dirty also, interior glass of the back of the car with the same dirty that I left it, the console was still dusty and the doors had some dirty from shoes which stayed the same because they did not touch it. It was like it it was never touched inside, not even smell of cleaning products. The trunk had the same amount of dirty as before I left it. On top of that, the front driver door had a scratch that was not there before I left it. I have a new car, so I know it does not has scratches. Very disappointing, that you trust your car to a service and you pay for getting your car ruined and still dirty. Save your black car, my bf has a white car and always loos clean when it comes back, but black you can see every detail. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I was not going to do this review but I am still upset about my sister and mine incident this Sunday pass. We both took our cars to wash here and everything was fine until we got our cars back. They had taken my coins from inside my car also from my sister's car. She had 3 dollars in quarters and all of it was gone. It is not about the fact of the coins but the fact that if they can steal that, who knows what else they could take from your car!!! We put our trust in them with our cars and that's what we get in return. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!!

They are thieves, I asked them for a detailed cleaning, they charged me $100 and the truth is they didn't do anything normal, I paid them because the truth is I'm not a person who makes scandals but the truth is I don't recommend that you ask for detailed cleaning because they steal from you.
