I’m a long time customer, that is saying quite a bit.I was immediately greeted by Michael, even though he was helping another customer. Once he was finished, it was like a breath of fresh air. I told him my situation and he immediately looked into my account after and said I had 3 lines due for an upgrade. I was told by another store no one in south Florida has. Bueno (well) , in Hialeah garden, they have plenty.I realized when I was receiving one of the best customer service experiences. 2 other people came in the store and they did not mind waiting.
