My grandson had a wonderful experience selecting a new hoodie. The customer service agent, I didn't get his name, was very patient and understanding of my 9 year old, 160 pound, size 9.5 men's shoe, introverted, autistic special human being needs. I can not overstate how helpful, the young man was and how knowledgeable he was of the store's inventory. WE left the store with a adult large hoodie that fits him and a BIG smile on his face. Thank you!!

I read the online reviews so I knew not to have high expectations. I then called prior visiting the Hialeah location to make sure they were open and had the school logo patches in stock, the customer service agent assure me that they were indeed open. When I arrived at the store they had a sign on the door saying “Closed for inventory”. What a disappointed and a waste of my time. I wasn’t the only one wondering why this was placed on the door. While on the phone with customer service who was trying to figure out why the store had that sign up, two employees exit the store and said to come back in 1hr or 40min. The lack of communication and management is unreal. To add to the disappointment the customer service agent said that the store said they will also be closed on Thursday. How can you run a store front without actually being open. The school board shouldn’t provide this establishment any business as they do not provide services.

Hours of waiting in the sun, just to come into the store, they really should consider expanding or moving locations. After you make it in, the line continues to reach someone who brings out the items you need, then another line to pay, then one last line to have the logos placed on the items. I recommend renting a bigger space. Staff seemed overwhelmed, probably because of the number of people, and trips they have to make back and forth to find the items in the back.

Uniforms are huge, and the fact they will not accept a return is beyond me. It’s not like a store credit will help when you only buy uniforms at this store. I do not have a need for a school year supply of uniforms in store credit. First and last time shopping for lower bottoms here.

Unable to park! Located at small shopping plaza and I was not able to find a parking spot, drove aroind fir 5 minutes, every where was full, so we just left the place.

I have to write a review about the North Miami location on the Hialeah location because I already wrote a review last year. Also, I visited both stores.Joshua Gomez, the store manager of Ibiliey of North Miami, was friendly, professional, efficient, and helpful. Most other employees are kids just there for a check and need help understanding something about efficiency or professionalism. However, I was lucky to have Gomez.Gomez also called Hialeah to put some shirts I needed to the side. I picked them up to take them back to North Miami Beach for embroidery. Julio was also friendly, professional, and efficient as well. The Hialeah store is way smaller than the North Miami Beach location, and there was a line in the hot sun, but that happens when parents procrastinate.Most of the bad reviews are from parents wanting a miracle last minute. The best thing to do is place orders in advance, come with your children so that they can try things on, and come on a day off of work (weekday) or early in the morning to prevent long wait times. If you need embroidery (different from the patch), you must place orders at least one month before the school rush. There is no embroidery option online, so if you order early, you must still bring the shirts/jackets to the North Miami Beach location.

This place had so many workers that helped you So fast , the workers were kind and checked you out fast the area was clean. But not to many parking spaces around the beginning of school year .

First time coming to this location. My advice to the owner: hire competent older people with manners rather than rude young brats. My experience here was very distressing.

I ordered my daughters uniform items well in advance of her school start date. They only delivered the shirts on time because school was pushed back a week. the other items never came to which I promptly cancelled the order. I really don't understand why the Idea schools contract with this company only it's been nothing but horrible experience. It's getting cold and I don't even see school sweaters other than a windbreaker to order. Which according to our local vendor this company doesn't have in stock regardless. Their is a much better local vendor near me but they don't have permission to produce the uniforms, it's just sad Idea think they are keeping prices low by sticking with this company. And then again, if it's cheaper there is a reason why, the availability and customer service is cheap as well. I'm thinking the Idea Public Schools like to stick with Latino vendors for everything, but so far I have not been impressed with any of the companies. This uniform store and the land developers/construction company are at the top of the list.
