Two days ago I called this company to ask if they had waterproof laminate floors and the girl said a resounding NO and without any intention of helping or asking if we wanted anything else.The next day we went, 10/13/23, it turns out that they DID have several options for waterproof laminate floors and it was worse....not even Good morning, how can we help you....they just gave us a little information, then we asked about some kitchen handles and the answer was: "you have to put the code to know the information", it seems that he wanted us to do it and that's it...thank God we didn't do it and we don't recommend to this company for being poorly educated, ignorant, lazy, unprofessional.

Be careful! I purchased 900 sqft outdoor flooring from them, they made the mistake of not telling me I was actually purchasing 900 lineal Ft which is less than half of what I needed, they didn’t even realize they made the mistake until I was half way through instalation, it was obviously to late to return it. They did not account for their mistake, the owner never picked up my call, they told me the best they can do is give me a discount if I buy the rest, which I was forced to do because It was already installed. Horrible customer service, they didn’t care about the mistake.

Today, November 4, I come to this store to buy 46 pieces of Baseboard and one has to help the employees load the material or else they will not deliver the material... Mr. Sergio tells me "that's like that because I say so and he tells me Whatever you want” and if not, go to Home Depot and load it yourself. “There is no sign anywhere that says you have to charge purchases. Mr. Sergio in charge of the warehouse is disrespectful and rude.
