Needed a quick suit for an event. I dropped in was able to get a slim fit suit, shirt and tie. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and they had my size for all the items I needed. Cant beat the price and the staff was great.

The clothes are of excellent quality, I have been there on two very recent occasions; The only complaint I have is regarding the escalators, on both occasions the one to go up to the second floor did not work, it is a great shame that a store like this is not working as it should. I hope that the joint manager and the maintenance staff fix this as soon as possible!!

I have no complaints about the clothes but about the staff, especially the one who helped us at the checkout when paying. He was a boy with glasses. I don't know his name, but he served us with a bad face and with reluctance. I will definitely not return to that store...I work in customer service and service is everything, we were only paying and it was the worst service I have ever received at an H&M.

VERY RUDE MANAGER WHO DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS. HER NAME IS “JESSICA” and I would be complaining about her to the corporate. I have worked in retails for YEARS and have never seen a manager behave this way.
I went to return 2 sweatshirts because the “inside cotton were coming off” and they were UNWORN and they refused to take it back saying THAT IS HOW IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE. Are you kidding me???? I wasted money and now i’m stuck with sweatshirt that I can’t wear
