They have very poor service I called and checked to see if they had the part I needed in stock then the guy told me to bring the part on down he would be there for a hour and a half it only took me 15 minutes and to get there and the guy was walking out the door I asked him if he had the part and he didn't even look he said no and walked away

I broke the screw-on base to my old Oster blender. I thought there was no way I'd find another base and that I'd have to buy a new made in China POS blender, one that would short, catch fire and burn down my house, to replace my trusty Oster. Then I found the base online at Goodman's. They shipped it out and I had a new base in a few days, allowing me to once again enjoy homemade "slushies" in the 100+° Siuth Texas heat. Thanks, Goodman's!

I ordered 2 items from Goodman's because they had the best price and best shipping rates. Didn't read the reviews before I ordered, so I was a little taken back. 3 days later, no shipping confirmation #, but the package arrived that afternoon. Packaging was great, shipping time was great, prices were great, items were great. Will definitely order from them again when needed

After seeing how many people in the reviews were hung up on like me I feel the need to add on. These guys are scam artists. Took 4 weeks and never received my order. While waiting 4 weeks , I moved and reached out and requested my refund, they tell me it’s been delivered. I then tell them not to me because I moved and want a full refund. They hang the phone up on me , then don’t answer. This is all over $13.00 bucks!!!! Not 130.00 but 13.09 bucks. What’s even more crazy is I’m actually in the city celebrating graduating from law school and will be paying them a visit today . I sincerely hope the lady who likes to hang up on people is there .

Buyer beware! Order elsewhere if possible. I ordered a canning jar kit that said "in stock" (wouldnt have ordered otherwise), and heard nothing for over a week, and after sending an email, I finally had to call them. The employee on the phone told me the website takes backorders (it actually does not), and was rude, to he completely honest. Go to amazon first.
