DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. DO NOT BUY FROM ISRAEL, WHO SAYS IS THE OWNER OF GLOBAL MOTORS IN 900 PALM AVE. HIALEAH, FL 33010. HE SOLD ME A REBUILT CAR, AND DID NOT TELL ME THE CAR WAS REBUILT. HIS PRICES ARE LOW BUT THIS IS BECAUSE HIS CARS ARE REBUILT AND HE DID NOT TELL ME SO. AFTER I BOUGHT THE CAR I FOUND OUT THROUGH THE DRIVER LICENSE COMPUTER SYSTEM THAT THE CAR HAD A LIEN OUTSTANDING. ALSO, HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND THE WORSE EXPERIENCE. WHEN I WENT TO SEE THE CAR THAT HE SOLD ME, HE WAS MOSTLY QUIET AND DID NOT SHOW ME THE FEATURES OF THE CAR AS MOST CAR SALESMEN DO. I BELIEVE HE DOES THIS TO AVOID GOING INTO THE DETAILS OF THE CAR AND THEN HAVING THE CUSTOMER FIND OUT THE CAR IS REBUILT.

do not buy from this dealer. do not buy from israel, who says is the owner of global motors in 900 palm ave. hialeah, fl 33010. he sold me a rebuilt car, and did not tell me the car was rebuilt. his prices are low but this is because his cars are rebuilt and he did not tell me so. after i bought the car i found out through the driver license computer system that the car had a lien outstanding. also, his customer service is terrible and the worse experience. when i went to see the car that he sold me, he was mostly quiet and did not show me the features of the car as most car salesmen do. i believe he does this to avoid going into the details of the car and then having the customer find out the car is rebuilt. israel also does the tag for the cars that he sells; and then he says that it takes him longer to get your tag because the other parties that process his dealer paperwork for the tag take a long time to process his paperwork. after speaking with him several times about why my car tag was being delayed so long he admitted that his problem is due to the fact that he submits incomplete paperwork to the tag agencies and they are no longer willing to complete the paperwork for him. this is lack of professionalism and incompetence on his part. also, i had to continue to call him to get my tag done, after i paid for it. in addition, after i bought the car from him in july 2016 i still have not received the car title by october of this year. he tells me that he only does the processing of the car title and that i have to go to a tag agency to ask for help. - i never had such a terrible experience buying a car. he also switches his excueses, from call to call, for not having your car documents ready. - do not buy from this guy israel. he is tricky. do not buy from global motors. you will be very disappointed.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DEALER FRAUD, BEWARE!!! This review is to warn people about Global Motors & about the owner/salesman Israel Ramos, in particular. Pre-Purchase: On their website, the price of the car was listed as $4500. The pictures on the website were horrible quality, but the description said excellent condition. When I started phone negotiations with Mr.Ramos, he assured me the car was an excellent deal. Just as I was about to close the deal, he told me he was going to charge me an ADDITIONAL $695 in "dealer fees"! Some quick internet research told me that dealer fees (any fees that are not included in the advertised price of a used car) are ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA. I called him back with the info I had amassed & he started screaming at me. Literally screaming into the phone, he said "It's my dealership, you want it, you pay the fee! You know what? Someone just walked into the lot and put a deposit on that car. It's not available anymore!" and hung up the phone. I was shocked at this abusive, threatening behavior. I knew he was lying, so I decided that I would buy the car & pay the dealer fee anyway, and later take him to court over it. So I called him a few hours later. Sure enough, the car had not been sold. I told him I was still interested in buying the car, & that I had hired the services of an auto inspector to come look at the car the next morning, before finalizing the transaction. Next day, the inspector called me and told me the car had a busted transmission, which would cost me $2-3K to fix on my own dime! I confronted Mr. Ramos with this information, & he claimed he had "no idea" anything was wrong with the car. He eventually agreed to reduce the sale price by a few hundred dollars. During Purchase: Mr.Ramos asked me to pay by making a bank transfer into his personal bank account. Alarm bells immediately went off. I said that was out of the question & that he would have to accept payment through a more secure method. After all, if I made a $4500+ bank transaction to his personal account, he could later claim it was just a present from me! So he sent me an invoice for the transaction via Paypal & faxed me a bill of sale containing his signature. I paid up immediately & signed the bill of sale. The car was now mine. 30 minutes later, he called and said that Paypal had charged him a $130 seller protection fee, and he wanted ME to give him another $130, or else he was not going to release the car from his lot!!!!!!! This goes against Paypal's user agreement, and is grounds for suspension or cancellation of one's account. At this point I was angry enough that I called the Hialeah Police Dept, and they advised me that they would send someone to the dealership the next day (since this was after hours for the dealership.) I called Mr. Ramos back and notified him of this, and immediately his tune changed to "Let me think about it & call you in the morning." He called me next morning & said if I paid half of the fee, $65, he'd release the car to me. I felt violated, but wanted the drama over, so I agreed. I asked him to fax me an invoice for this additional $65 & he refused! Probably because he knew this was documented proof against him. He told me I was "asking for trouble", but eventually, I paid with my credit card, over the phone, & was faxed a receipt for the $65. After Purchase: I hired an auto transport company to move my car from FL to VA. Mr.Ramos had told me that the car title would be sent along with the car, on October 29, 2012. I received the car on October 31, 2012, MINUS the title! I called Mr.Ramos, and he gave me a cock-and-bull story about how he didn't have the title, and had to order it from some mysterious third party (he refused to tell me who this third party was!), and that I would receive it in the mail by Nov 2,2012. I called him again on Nov 5,2012, an
