GameStop is a great store for gamers and collectors. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and goes the extra mile. It is simple and easy to shop there. It is best to be a Pro member for many benefits, including a discount program and a Game Informer magazine subscription. Many are long-time fans and find it a great store with great service.
Employees are hit or miss sometimes. But one things for sure, they probably wont answer the phone anywhere remotely near closing time. Cool stuff inside tho.
