On 05/01 I purchased a jacket, I used twice then the right sleeve just break, I came backTo the store to switch for the same one, then I was told that they don’t accept any merchandise broken, I explained that I don’t want any money just switch the same one, since that have available, I think this is not good since just I purchased that item a week ago, she Manager refused to do something for me. I requested Customer Service phone number, i asked her name to see who I was talking with, then she refused to provide her name. I don’t believe that it is a good service when the employee no use name tag or give you their name. I work on tetailAnd it is priority give great customer service and we start with the customer service when you know the name of the associate who is interacting with you. No good customer service at all, and bad quality on the material of the jacket.. I hope this store change the way to treat customers

Worst customer service ever Amanda the manager I was super rude when I told her to please help me she continue talking to another coworker about her private life instead of taking care of customers in the cash register when everyone was busy in the front.After she ignored me and continue talking once I got to the register she came to get involved in the transaction. She was extremely rude and started making it difficult to return my items when I’m the first place she didn’t want to help.My grandmother had to get involved because she bought me the items from that store she didn’t even want to give me a store credit when it was a gift. She eventually told me to get out. When she noticed what she was claiming I couldn’t do was not in the receipt. Mangers should be understanding and help out when the floor gets busy.

The service was horrible, they kept me waiting for 20 minutes to buy, and when it was my turn, the cashier who was actually the manager went to talk to an employee, I left a $400 purchase on the counter, that was the 20th August at 5:00pm.
