Your professionalism and friendliness made the experience fantastic, and I was also impressed by how clean, organized, and welcoming the shop is – even the fresh scent added to the positive atmosphere.

I stopped by today to have the shop replace a tire on my mountain bike and to convert my wheel to tubeless. The staff were all incredibly nice and kept true to their name as Friendly. I’d highly recommend the shop to anyone that needs bike work. I was in and out and less than a half hour.

Friendly and great service. I went for a tune up on my road bike and had a beach cruiser assembled. Went in the morning and had the bikes ready after lunch. I will be returning to this shop.

This young man named Alejandra was great, he replaced my inner tube, provided information on e bike. I was so grateful I found a repair shop open on New Year’s Day. The shop was clean, organized, I appreciate that fact that he didn’t do a hard sell on the electric bike.Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this business.

3 of my friends got their bikes serviced by Alejandro & his Father. All 3 came back better than we brought them in. Love getting my bike serviced here & love the hospitality in this shop. Well knowledges about their craft. Great pricing & Great service in a timely manner as well. 10/10 recommend this shop to anyone in the Hialeah area.

Great shop. Did a services on my bike from the ‘70s and the guys at the shop were able to get it working like brand new as well as polishing the bike up. Very quick turnaround time too. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area
