Called to see if I could get an appointment for the same day. Lady answers phone, I ask her if she can fit me in today and then she puts me on hold...over 5 minutes because I hung up. The FUNNY thing is the hold message clearly states that walkins are always welcome, she could have just told me that! I'm not going there!
