Very rude at register a lady called Cindy attended us and kept talking bad about us and rolling her eyes also telling us that we are annoying and another worker at the register with black hair and brown eyes kept laughing even though we did not do anything and she was on her phone the whole time the worker Cindy was very mad to do her job when we asked to get the shoes we tried on the service here was extremely rude and horrible the 2 workers kept looking at each other when we asked her something like if we are done never coming again!!

I come here because it's near my job and easy access but the shade and lack of customer service to those not apart of the Hispanic community is horrible. Tell me how can I be the only 6'1fy black man in the shoe department and you not see me and ask if I need help. The tall Latin male wall right in front of me, stop made a call on his phone, hung up and stood behind the register with out any acknowledgement of me. The sad thing is this isn't the 1st time. So screw you in your sale and I will take my money elsewhere. MACYS DO BETTER!

Please fix 2nd floor air conditioner, I hate going there now, 3rd time this month with the same issue, I used to enjoy going there with my baby but now it feels like a sauna .My baby cheeks get red after a couple of minutes in there. I dont think is fair either for the employees.......

I just came in to exchange my shoes for a smaller size and a red hair lady that worked there was rushing me and told me she didn’t have my size which was 4 then another young guy wearing glasses asked me if I needed help and he explained to me the sizing and how it worked and told me he was gonna find me the size 4 for my air vapor max. So he went to the back and found the size I was looking for and he made the exchange. He gave me really good costumer service and helped me find what I was looking for quickly and efficient and I’m grateful because if it was for the lady I would’ve gone home with the bigger size that was actually huge on me haha

I give a single star to be able to give my complaint, today 8-17-2020 I was Finish Line of the Westland Mall 1777west 49th street Hialeah Fl 33012. I was truly abused by a store employee named (Yusleni) truly very rude disrespect to me person, marking comments in the form of a threat to me, offenses in short, very aggressive, the manager asked her to leave and she ignored, and I asked respect for my person and she continued. I made a complaint to the corporation I hope they don't have such aggressive and disrespectful people in this company

I can assure you Goodwill stores have better fitting rooms than the Macys at 49th St. When did this place become a dumpster?? Looks like everybody gave up and they are not even trying anymore to make it work.

They do not have enough employees! It takes you 45 minutes for the return of one online order. They had one employee in customer service for online pick up orders, returns, exchanges, and payments. It's serve yourself until you have to pay.

My favorite by far and now they have added the Macy's backstage on the second floor and it is full of great deals! The ladies working their are super helpful. We were assisted by Nicole and she was super sweet and really knew her stuff. Macy's you just got better.

Westland Mall is that classic mall that never evolves or gets torn down to build something better in its place; like another Walgreens. Sadly, this is the only mall in the city so you have to suck it up and hope for the best. This Macy's store has been here for over 14 years and yet staff make it difficult to return items and assist in purchases. Hard to also find good deals in the store due to the store being so disorganized.
