As I have shared on different occasions about this type of establishments, I love these stores, they always have excellent quality products and good prices.They have a wide variety and their staff is very attentive.I highly recommend this type of store to anyone who loves sportswear.I invite everyone to go through them!!

I’m not sure what’s going on here at this store. I walked in to the store on 11/15 at 7:15 pm and I see all employees on their phones, not one of them asked me if I needed anything so I that time I walked right back out and went to another store to buy the shoes I needed which they also had in the store but I wasn’t going to spend my money when they couldn’t even look up to greet me. By the way is not the first time it happens. The tall bald guy is the worst cause he walked by my on his phone and didn’t even take the time to ask if I needed anything.

Diego ( store manager ) does not want to take accountability. Store calls for a raffle win I answer the call and I am speaking for 30 seconds to no one speaking and hanging up on me. I call back and they won’t try to let me get the raffle win after they hung up on me. Not including the attitude and how rude Diego was. A store manager should not act like such with the public. If you don’t know how to treat customers then avoid working with the public. It’s ridiculous having to deal with incompetent workers within stores. Their is No reason I have to deal with this when I literally called back and told them they called me. Finishline if this is how you allow your managers treat customers ? This is what you hire..

Worst customer service ever, I buy a pair of shoes and they give me one shoes 6 and the other one 8 and they don’t want to give me the right size or give me my money back , super unprofessional from the management and the company in general , not buying never again , there is so many companies were you can spend the money.

This store has a lot of potential but unfortunately the Manager Diego and his assistant Brandon are backdooring all of Finishline products that should be selling to there consumers to his reseller friends. This has been going on for sometime and the District Manager or Heads of the Finish Line in South Florida needs to look into ASAP. This is not allegations as I have proof and they can check for themselves. He is selling the items for consumers to his reselling buddies and the items never go on the store shelves. The greatest thing is everyone has there eyes on what Diego and Brandon are doing. I can provide more formal proof to corporate as well but something NEEDS TO BE DONE ASAP. It is unfair practices and management needs to be aware of it. I can provide pictures and screenshots of items and dates with times so management can review there camera or sales. Why is it that certain products never get put out for the consumer but is being sold to Diego and Brandon backdoor business partners to sell on the reselling market. Finish Line it is time you look into your manager Diego and his assistant Brandon practices as this is no secret in Westland Mall or to alot of the consumers. This review is the beginning and if corporate can reach out I will provide more details and information on Diego and Brandon practices as it is not fair to Finishline real customers. He is also selling shoes through backdoor that has not been released as yet and all management has to do is check there stock or inventory room of unrealeased products.
