The staff here is great, professional, careful and kind. But being that this is the ONLY Fed Ex in Hialeah, the fact that they open at 9:00am while most open at 8:00am has really made things difficult for me. When dealing with anything postal or printing for school or business, 9:00am is too late for a lot of people.

Terrible Customer Service! Woman working there said that policy is to not accept more than 2 packages (thats not a policy) and refused to give me a receipt, tried to ask where there is another fedex and pointed me to a closed one, very dissapointed.
