The team at Faulkner is like family! I’ve been working with them for over ten years now and they always deliver (even with my complicated requests!) Jodie is especially attentive making sure my orders are taken care of as if they were her own.

Excellent customer service. I had made a mistake on the exact size and they were able to correct it to my satisfaction. Jodi took care of the whole thing for me. I’ve used them for other jobs since the early 70’s and their products and services have always been very consistent.

Took a little while to get help, but that was because it was pretty busy. Jody helped me out soon after and was happy to correct some stuff for me. Will definitely come again if I need anything else
