The guy talking inside and playing two roles with the same client for more than 25 minutes was terrible and he never attended to me.

"Natural" Orange Juice Exposed
As a consumer who values honesty and transparency, I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with what was marketed as "natural" orange juice.
Upon purchasing this product, I expected a fresh and authentic taste reminiscent of hand-squeezed oranges. However, what I received was far from it. The so-called "natural" orange juice tasted nothing like real oranges; Instead, it had an artificial, processed flavor that left a lingering aftertaste. Besides the high price paid for the "natural juice".

Hello, I wanted to let you know that from 1998 until today I was a customer of this local Farm store, I bought up to 3 times or more a week, but Well a few months ago they sold it to other people and Well, I was happy for the couple and I expressed blessings to them. When it happened that I saw new people, and well the first day the coladas were super watery, and well I understood other nationalities, and I explained to them with a good sense of humor that the coladas were even stronger than the espressos, that happened, on the second almost I burned myself because the lids of the coladas opened, and they gave me another larger glass, so as not to spill the coffee on the way to work, which is when I drink the coffee.
On another occasion, the Colombian lady, I think the owner, gave me back 2 dollars less, and well, I told her and I saw a little annoyance on her face, but Well, I deal with thousands of people a month and I know how real people are sometimes, and she left Go through almost everything...
And between that if I needed a bag with the purchase of boxes of tequeños, and if one or two glasses to share of coladas, well I felt that something like when I went to visit the scarcity of Cuba. How do I bring a box of teñenos that opens completely without being in a bag to protect the food... Well, today
The Colombian lady, when I asked for a laundry and I told her to give me a bag and the laundry in a safe cup, got upset and told me that I was disrespecting them... I think she is super confused, let's see, give what is normal to the client, it's not disrespect, it's my money, she doesn't understand Caribbean people or the way we talk, I think she's not doing very well in Hialeah, she should have gone to Weston, or Plantation, since we Caribbean people have a way and an accent when speaking that could make your worship uncomfortable... but Well, he told me that he couldn't get me any closer to his store, and well, they will eat their products alone if they tell each person who goes there something they don't like, I'm a businessman and therefore More than 15 years and the first time I see these things and treat customers in the United States... calling me rude just because I was surprised and laughed when they asked if I wanted a bag for the prepared food...amazing!!!! I still wish them many blessings and a long journey of learning...but I think they bought the wrong business, they should be behind a computer without contact with people. And don't worry, ma'am, you still have a lot to learn and know about business...and for my part, it's okay, I won't be coming back again, like many of my friends in the area...many blessings.
