I bought a gallon of milk for SIX DOLLARS for my father in law and dropped it off as I was in a hurry. Unfortunately he sends me this picture that the milk is chunky and creamy. Absolutely disgusting. Every time I’ve been there recently, the attendants seem overworked, tired, which brings down their customer service significantly. Go here only if you have no other option, and even then I’d rather just wait till tomorrow.

I went there this morning 10/13/22 and bought a Cuban toast with a cup of coffee. I took two bites of the toast and noticed something green. When I open the bread I see that the bread is moldy. I think the worst part is, the attendant opened the bread, smeared butter on it and toasted it, how can someone have the conscious to do that? It’s clearly visible and undeniable. I tried calling the store and it goes to some persons voicemail with not mailbox set up. Disappointed to say the least.

(Translated by Google) What a shame that a company like Farm Store that has been in existence for years has such poor customer service. A supposed manager named Lissett says that I am the only person who gives me things badly. It so happens that after telling me that he gives me a chocolate milkshake all dripping out of the glass, when I asked him for napkins I reluctantly take the glass from his hands and clean it when that should deliver it clean from the beginning. Then while I waited the rest of my order went to my car and very clearly he told me…..do you have another problem? WOW Q MANAGER. Where they will have given you training for customer service. He then proceeded to tell her that since she was the manager and person representing that company and those owners, that she should give her better training how to cook things that will not be raw or cold inside. I think that a person who orders some tequeños or little pieces of ham , the least they want is for it to be cold on the inside . I hope that the owners can see this and can give better training to the person who is in front of their business. In this country the first thing you look at in a company is the ratings and the ratings of this Farm Store are very low , so now you know why .(Original)Que vergüenza que una compañía como Farm Store que lleva años en existencia tenga tan mal customer service . Da la casualidad que después de decirme eso me da un batido de chocolate todo chorreado fuera del vaso , cuando le pedí servilletas me quito el vaso de las manos de mala gana y lo limpio cuando eso debería entregarlo limpio desde el principio.Luedo mientras que esperaba el resto de mi orden fue a mi carro y muy claramente me dijo ….. tiene otro problema? WOW Q MANAGER . Donde le habrán dado entrenamiento para servicio al cliente . Luego procedi a decirle que ya que era la manager y persona representando a esa compañía y a esos dueños , que debiese darle mejor entrenamiento como cocinar las cosas que no quedarán crudas ni frías por dentro . Creo que una persona que ordene unos tequeños o cachitos de jamón , lo menos que quieren es que esté frío por dentro . Espero que los dueños puedan ver esto y puedan darle mejor entrenamiento a la persona que está frente a su negocio . En este país lo primero que se mira de una compañía son los ratings y los de este Farm Store están bien bajos , así que ya saben por que .

It does not appear that this franchise is run efficiently. The inventory generally is amiss. While the staff is very friendly and helpful, oftentimes they are understaffed. It would be awful to think that these hard workers are only paid minimum wage--as if we live in a 3rd world country.
