We are in the middle of a pandemic and there was three people in the store without a mask and one of them was coughing all over the place and not one employee told them to put a mask on. I am very disappointed.

So I went here to buy some flour and got more than I bargained for. When I got home I noticed my flour was crawling with nasty critters. I wrote them an email to corporate but never got a response so I went back a week later and took this lovely picture of the flour section. Turns out they are all infested with these bugs. Horrible experience they have to do better, not to mention the times I've bought expired food by accident without reading the labels, only to open the snacks and find them covered in mold .

Always have full stocks of snacks, have a wide refrigerator sections with lots of food to choose from. Seasonal items also.

They are nice people, of course this is a cheap option for any product and you do get what you pay for but if you don't have unrealistic expectations you will be happy.

Very dissatisfied with the customer service, manager Tania Perez think she owns the store she doesn't care the rules the the company gives her, they treat people bad and disrespectful when you are exchanging an item, they don't even want to help you. They screen each other like the were in there home, or the flea Market. Family Dollar need to give them better training on assistant clients, without clients coming back they won't have a job.

Horrible customer service, they go against policy and do not accept exchanges. Even though the return policy states you can make an exchange without the receipt. Assistant manager Tanya refuse to help and refused to call the store manager for any further assistance. Avoid this store whenever possible, I will be contacting family dollar's corporate offices in North Carolina for further assistance and to file a formal complaint.

Isles are to close together, this store has to much merchandise, the cashier needs to be tough customer service. I placed my items on the counter and she just stood there looking at me. When I looked at her she says do you want this? Dahhhh that's why I put it there, and asked me the same thing for every item. I think she was on something.
