Overcrowded, with poor management. The store had boxes in the aisles. The store has coupons up that are either no longer applicable because the product is no longer available, or because the date is incorrect. For example, there was a Reeses discount of 3/$3, but that specific product was no longer available and the ad was placed right below another set of Reeses, which was totally misleading. When told this to the manager, he just shrugged. The same for a set of hot wheels tracks that were for $.25, but the ad's fine print said until March. Which is a whole week in advance from now. Again, when mentioned, the manager shrugged.
Very poor management.

The sign on the door sais open at 8am as well as the internet
I completely understand not opening before
But there were employees at the store talking and said they won’t open
Plz don’t display something especially in intrance for wrong opening hours

I had a terrible experience today, at this time, looking for doilers to stick in kitchens. The girls are very busy with the phone in hand and don't even hesitate to help me search...finally I had to leave without buying what I need...I couldn't find it...

It was the worst experience ever on this or any other store in the US. Today, 7/6/2023 i was shopping at this location and the store manager call "Maray" or "Marai" don't know the perfect spelling,approached me asking me to put my purse in front of the store while i was shopping, which at the moment i didn't know why she was ordering me to do that in order for me to shop in the store. Some minutes after i go to the register to pay for my things and the item's didn't match the price on the shelf, the cashier went and check and the item was incorrectly place but still she didn't offer me the price at the shelf, so i didn't took the item's. At the end of the transaction i stay there waiting for my purse that was on the other side on the counter on the floor, the cashier told me to ask the manager (Maray) that was standing at the door for her to give the my purse. The manager gave me the purse, and we commented to her that we had a bad experience because of the purse and the non matching price. Here is when the manager Maray accused me of stealing, answering me and i quote "the best thing you do is not to ever come back because you were trying to steal, which is absolutely not true and i asked her to check me and my purse that at any moment i was trying to shoplifting. This spanish speaking lady started accusing us in front of the whole store crew and customers of shoplifting. This is one of the greatest disrespects that no one has told me. It's seems that where she come from people use to steal but is not our case, this woman by any means should have a manager position or not even a customer service position she has no maners whatsoever and falsely accused me of stealing, which is a crime given the fact the she didn't prove that accusation. Worst place and person ever. Don't go here

I really had a very bad experience today. I bought 4 packages of bread at 1.55 according to shelf price among other things. When I paid they charged me 3.85 for each loaf. I complained that the sale price in the store was not that and we verified it. He told me that he couldn't do anything and that it was the fault of the cart driver who delivers the bread. I told him I wanted to talk to the manager and he replied that he was on vacation, forcing me to exchange the bread for another. Since I had money left over, he told me to buy something else worth $4. When he went to collect some platonics that I bought 2, which according to the shelf price was 2.35, he told me that it cost 3.85. I told him this is the race's fault too. I think there are serious problems in that store and the most worrying thing is that they do not recognize it or take measures to solve it
