I had a surgery recently and was recommended this establishment from the doctor’s office. The first visit, Teresa was very professional and helped me choose the right girdle for me, and was so nice she helped me into it! I had to go in a week later to get alterations done and I met Margarita, who was very helpful and friendly with her recommendations to me. She also introduced me to Mary, who worked with doing the alterations on the girdle, which came out perfectly! It was such a pleasant and wonderful experience each time I visited. All the ladies I had the pleasure of meeting were fantastic and had amazing customer service. I definitely would recommend this place to all.

Store associate was beyond RUDE! I couldn’t find what I needed and don’t know if that rubbed her the wrong way ,but she then proceeded to tell me that” the next time I come to the store I am not allowed to try on anything!” I have to buy and try on at home! Keep in mind they have dressing rooms for the soul purpose of knowing was size you need! I have bought a garment here in the pass, as to why I came back to this location but will not be coming back!!

They write on receipt no refund, returns or exchange YET no one in store tells you this when making a sale. HORRIBLE.

This is a one stopShop for all your post up care. I’m so happy I came here and I have highly recommended them to all my friends. Great customer service! So many faja styles to choose from and so many post op products! They also have a seamstress for faja and clothes alterations! This store is 10/10, I would definitely come back again!

I went to get 2 full body garments resized. They were different brand and different styles. The lady they have now doing that is no good. She did one side smaller than the other. Meaning she cut more on the left than the right. When I told her and asked her to fix it she said that it wasn't her doing that is how the garment comes from the factory.. Both garments were not like that when I took them in. And they were different brands. How could both have the same defect? Not only that. They stitching she did it weird. So when I wear them you can clearly tell I'm wearing them. It's ugly and bulky. I asked her to fix it but she said she can't. Now out of the 2 I can only wear one of them because the other one is really bad like the left arm goes in way too tight since she cut more from that side. The other had adjustable straps so I could play with it for a better fit, but now I can't wear the $150 garment. Waste of time and money. Don't go there unless they hire someone that actually knows her stuff. The lady they had before was really good. Bring her back.

I will be looking for another company to buy my fajas..Last Saturday I called this store to confirm a model number available and the woman was rude on the phone and kept saying yes she has all models and sizes.. that was a lie. Cause I gotten to the store and she tried saying me something I already had.. I’ve been a customer since last year and I’ve all ready purchased 3 fajas at the North Miami location.. it’s the same company and for some reason this location always give me problems.. ok I shouldn’t say i going to find another company.. but I will say I will never go to this location again... period

If you DON’T speak/understand Spanish you might as well turn around and go else where. No one who works at this location speaks/understand ENGLISH. It was a wasted trip, I wasn’t able to purchase anything.

So my sister was supposed to be having surgery so we went to go get her a faja and her surgery got canceled do to low iron so we went to go return the faja and the lady in there refused return it saying it wasn’t in perfect condition when it was never even worn in the first place she started to Spanish to another customer and laughing she had terrible customer service and terrible English were in America not China
