I went for a pedicure service. They hurt (cut) two of my fingers, some blood came out and it caused a burning sensation that you can imagine. In addition, the girl who treated me had very long nails and every time she could she literally "nailed" them into my feet... Well, I had to let him know... I'm worried about an infection but I'm leaving evidence here of what happened.

Muy mal. El cabello estaba bien, pero las uñas eran de las peores que he tenido. Horrible. Cuando le pedí a la señora que lo arreglara, me dijo que tendría que empezar de nuevo con esa uña.Claramente no quería arreglarlo.Horrible experience. I did my hair here and that was fine, but my nails are the absolute worst! When I asked the lady to fix it, she told me she would have to start all over on that nail again - obviously, she didn’t want to do it. It was also just bad service and honestly painful due to the drill that she used. She didn’t want to fix it but no one should ever leave with a nail that looks like the one in the picture below.DAY TWO EDIT: I got a gel manicure YESTERDAY and the gel has already begun PEEL OFF.NEW EDIT: I called in and spoke to a manager that refused to offer a refund, let alone extend an apology. She claimed that she would have rather me speak to her before leaving a review and that the best they could do for me was to redo the nails. I will never come back.
