Brought the car to el car wash on 49 and damaged the car everywhereThe whole windshield thing even fell off and they can’t find the cover still I reported it but they already told me they’re not liable. They can see in the video where the water pressure blew it off Its falling apart!!! ..too bad i cant post pictures

At any given time, there are two or three unattended employee cars parked in the vacuum spots. Every time I come to this location, I have to wait 5+ minutes for a vacuum. At minimum, the business is aware of this issue because all of the offending vehicles have El Car Wash employee parking stickers on the windshield. So rather than fix their employee parking problem, the path of least resistance that they have chosen is to simply inconvenience the client.
This entire location screams of poor planning. Vacuums are placed before the wash instead of after, so you have to wait before you go in for a wash, even though there may not be a line for the wash (like today). Furthermore, the car wash machine doesn’t get every portion of the vehicle. At locations where they provide towels and vacuums after the wash, it’s nice to be able to fix what the machine has missed. At this location however, that’s not an option.

This El Car Wash location is one of the worst I’ve been to. If you have a pickup truck, don’t waste your time here. My truck came out still dirty the front was just wet, but the bugs and grime were still stuck on, the windshield hadn’t been properly cleaned, and the tailgate was just as dirty as before the wash.
The overall setup of this location is also poorly designed. After you finish the wash, there’s no easy or safe way to park and vacuum or towel dry your vehicle. I walked around looking for clean towels and air fresheners, but there were none available. When I asked an employee, they simply said, “We don’t have any more.”
El Car Wash has some great locations where my truck actually comes out clean and I can easily finish up the details but this one is definitely not one of them. Very disappointing experience from a company that usually does better.
