Today I had a very bad experience with the fat lady, with dyed yellow hair, I wanted to ask her about a product I was looking for for my baby's birthday and she treated me very badly, she didn't even let me ask her anything, she is rude and doesn't know how to deal to customers, people like that shouldn't be dealing with the public.

Well, I will say that I live very close to there, the lady who is dyed blonde with short hair who is at the checkout has very bad manners towards clients. I asked her a question and with very bad manners she told me that she couldn't help me. She has terrible communication towards clients. customers and he is always turning his whole face with his very ugly gestures. I'm sorry but I don't like his mistreatment of others at all. For the rest, the store has pretty good things to buy this assortment.

It's a terrible place. Today I went in at 8:45 pm and the lady who served closed the door in my face, telling me that there was no service and she was going to close.I went to place an order for doordash and apart from the fact that he didn't let me in he told me less about doordash!! It doesn't have good service at all and besides it wasn't closing time yet since it's at 9pm maybe a man who arrived right with me didn't let him in either and even telling him that there were 10 minutes left until the store closed he didn't care . People like this should not work in public places since they do not have the capacity to do so.

She didnt speak English and spoke in hispanic language but i understand.She also said CHINO something, which i was not happy that this hispanic lady was making fun of me.Btw im not a Chinese & i can say the same to her since she called me CHINO. I can call her RUSSIAN or GERMAN because thats what she's look like to me. Germany ww2. Russia Duh

Very organized but with terrible bosses, both the store manager Yodaine and the assistant William, if you call him for a question at the checkout, it bothers him. If you ask him something on the floor, it bothers him. They treat the workers very badly, disrespecting them in front of the customers and the employees. customers also treat them badly. In my opinion, to be in that store with very good products, they should not have people like that, even talking about the other people who were there, they are not qualified to be in that store, only to place merchandise and not even that, I don't know who thought of putting that lady as manager and the other one because they have very bad form. I'm going to contact corporation and file my complaint.!!! Oh, the only one who works well is Glenda, the poor store manager made her suffer tremendous pain yesterday.

I will start by saying that I live near the store, by this I mean that I have been a customer of the place for years, the prices are according to the products but since I go to this place, I always see the same problem, the employees there do not know how to treat the customer, they always have bad form as if working there for them was a martyrdom, I have a child with autism and on two occasions (today was the second time) I go with the child to the store, the child picks up a toy and coincidentally the toy does not fit can you sell pk it doesn't have codes, now my question: IF IT DOESN'T HAVE A CODE WHY DO THEY LEAVE IT ON THE SHELVES IN THE SIGHT OF A CHILD?????? How do you explain to a child with a condition that I can't buy that toy because it doesn't have codes!! Then the manager with a bad attitude tells me, oh, I can't do anything, let me get another toy and then you feel that this employee lacks human quality and that she doesn't know how to treat the customer, they should put her through a customer service course before hiring them, What happens is that there they don't work for tips, if it were for tips the service would be different!!!!

Great experience both times I entered the store. Super friendly service from the woman upfront yesterday. Even though we had a little bit of a difficult time purchasing a phone the manager the following day was 100% on top of it Carmen did a great job!! Super happy I will be coming a little further to the Dollar General just to make sure I get satisfaction guaranteed!!!
