We bought 4 unites one of them came with a hole
In the unite and after we made a cena they exchanged and again does not work. Have been lest than a month that we bought the unit and they refuse to exchange it. We are now going to hire a lawyer and get this fare and square. Be careful. We have not even start paying for the unites and they Do not work…By the one a second one of the units stopped working. Do NOT buy from them!!!

I was met by two very professional employees, named Samuel and Joseph. They greeted me and showed me various options for washers and dryers for my home and gave me upfront pricing and quality guarantees. They even gave me a great deal on delivery and installation. They took my old washer and dryer with them, and made no mess. Needless to say, I’d recommend Direct Appliances to anyone that needs any appliance for their home.
