I recently had a situation where my DHL package was stuck in Mexico Customs. In an age when you rarely get effective help from real-life humans.. I was very lucky to meet Pierre from DHL (the Hialeah store). Not only did he help me get my package back but he also helped me from paying a lot in unnecessary fees. It was painful, but if I didn't have Pierre, I would have gotten nowhere fast. Thanks a million Pierre! Thanks for being a super human in 2024. :)

Albert helped me with my airway bill to pick up an important package from Panama. All other DHL Locations in Miami have no clue about this service and they are not well trained, but Albert at the Hialiah location is an expert and the exception to the rule. Thanks Albert! DHL should promote you to a regional management role!
