Everyone is so rude! I waited in line at the register and then the cashier just grabs her things and leaves. No word, nothing. I went to the next one and asked if she was open...silence. I asked again and with a very annoyed look and tone she said "one moment". I had a total of 5 small things and it could have been in and out. Unfortunately those who work there are rude and the desire to go back to that Navarro is slim to none.

30 minutes waiting, they answer the call in the store, it's unacceptable, terrible service, they should close the store, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE STORE, THEY DO NOT ANSWER

Their Mrs, Claus statuette has a Hialeah-appropriate Cuban coffee cup and cafetera.Navarro Pharmacy was one of the original Cuban pharmacies in the 1960s. They grew from one store in Calle Ocho to various locations in Miami, including this one in Hialeah. They were bought by CVS in 2014 but remain a subsidiary keeping its brand name. That means you can find prescriptions, decorations, snacks and a variety of perfumes ranging from national brands to lesser known umm generic name imitation perfumes. You can also pick up different herbal teas as well as a working Cuban Coffee pot too! They do run pretty decent discounts on the prime items too!

Literally, this is the worst pharmacy in Hialeah. Don't expect anyone here to speak English. I had to connect through the prescribers line for the pharmacy to answer the phone. She proceeds to say they still don't have the medication even though they said it would be ready three days ago. She put me on hold and all of a sudden found it. Take your business to Walgreens's because this place is a joke.
