When my husband experienced a medical emergency and needed meds, this was the closest pharmacy to the hospital. We were on vacation and far from home. Edelier and the pharmacist, Leisa, helped us navigate a situation with Medicare and copays, and took a great deal of time to help us find a solution. Because of these two employees, we saved $400 on the spot, and left with enough medication to last what we had left of our 25 year anniversary trip.

I’m not big on leaving bad review. However,
This pharmacy needs self checkouts as soon as possible !
I try not to come here because of how long the line to check out is. It’s always SLOW. It’s always ONE cashier. And even when there TWO, ITS JUST AS SLOW. You have to wait 15-30 min to pay for 2 things etc. and you don’t leave because you've already gave up time waiting in line, hoping that it would be different today. SELF CHECK OUT ARE THE NEW THING ! And SUPER CONVENIENT !

Today I was at the pharmacy that is close to me, to pick up a medication and I want to record the excellent treatment I had from EDELIER, speed, good service, it shows full knowledge of their work, and it was also the opinion of other people in The tail. Very bad service from the people who serve the checkouts, I went to take some photos, they made me wait in line and then they told me to wait next to take the photo and half an hour passed and it wasn't

Lack of Respect leaving customers waiting in line for 2 hours and no one answers because the person who answered the phone only speaks English. They should look for bilingual staff or some alternative. And in the end I couldn't know if the medications were ready because no one could help me.

Every single time I go to this location to pick up my medication, something is always wrong, first the count was wrong despite my text saying it was ready, then I go back again and they tell me it isn’t ready despite I got another text saying it was. Third time I go and it’s for the generic that this location is always trying to sell to me when the prescription clearly says the name brand. It’s always something with this location.
