This review is in relation to their pharmacy, worst experience ever. I have never written a review beforehand, but this made me so frustrated I have to say something. I always wait for hours to get my medication, this time I had been waiting for nearly two hours from 6 pm, we get to the front of the line in the drive through at around 7:50, and the personnel close the gates in our face without even uttering a single word. We go inside the store to explain why I need my medication and how it’s urgent and we’d already been waiting for hours. When my fiancé was speaking to a lady, after hearing our complaint, she looked us in the face and closed the gate without even uttering a single word, never come to this pharmacy, I’ve already made a complaint to general cvs and they will forward it to leadership.

Never come to this awful pharmacy. I waited in the drive through with my fiancé for almost an hour and a half, only had like 4 cars in front of me to pick up medicine that is already prepared. I get to the end a little before 8 which is closing time. They would just ignore me and not pick up the phone they have to speak with you. I go into the store to speak with them and I tell them I waited for over an hour to pick up medicine and the lady looked at me and closed the gate without saying a word. Rudest customer service, I work as a vet tech and do their job in 2 mins(that includes preparing the medication as well). I don’t know how they can take over an hour for 4 cars.

Not very happy with this place at all worst customer service always lost and then they automatically talk to you in Spanish. I find it very rude because we are not in latin America and when you call everything is in Spanish when you dial seven for English, it talks to you in Spanish. Unbelievable

It is a great pleasure to come to the store located at 802 E 25th st Hialeah, because the staff is very attentive, polite and professional. Always attentive and willing to help you and solve any problem that may arise.Here I always find everything I need and I leave more than satisfied.

I call to find out what’s going and the clueless stupid lady tells me to come in person because it’s too hard and she doesn’t want to deal it and has the audacity to hang up on me. Every month is the same thing !!! Please do better .

Terrible service, the medicine is never on time, you call and they tell you that there is a lack of staff, as if the customer were to blame, the delivery lacks respect, I did not take the call and when I call back, he tells me that he has already left without ever knock on my door I tell him why I don't stop taking the medication and he tells me he doesn't know if I'm on vacation in Punta Cana. On another occasion they gave me the wrong dose of medication for a baby and when I complained they told me to give her water or pay for another sincerely terrible service from everyone, stay away from here I recommend it to you
