My family and I went by this pharmacy after having switched our prescriptions over. We waited in line and when it was our turn, we were blessed to have Maileny, one of the pharmacy technicians, treat us with the upmost respect, care, and compassion imaginable! She addressed/processed all our prescriptions that were due at that time in a quick and efficient manner; all while smiling throughout and making sure that our transition to a new pharmacy was as seamless as possible. Additionally, the pharmacist came over on several occasions to discuss drug interactions and other pertinent drug instructions and was very cordial and professional. The rest of the staff were cooperative, polite, and strive to work in a harmonious and friendly work-environment. We are very happy to have made the choice of joining this CVS pharmacy! Thanks to people like Maileny and the rest of the staff at this pharmacy, others like myself can feel at ease knowing that prescriptions and health concerns for ourselves and our loved ones are always taken care of with the highest levels of commitment, love, and compassion that are unmatched and seldom seen!

They treated me poorly on the phone with very bad manners. I called to find out about my medication and the girl spoke to me in a rude manner.

Very, very bad customer service, I spent more than 10 minutes waiting for them to open the deodorant display case, I asked for the service and nothing, until I had to get angry with someone there to have it done for me and that's always the case, they are very disorganized

The worst cvs I have seen in all of Hialeah, you call the pharmacy and they hang up on you. The overdue medications. If you go to look for an emergency medication, they don't have it until the next day and if you want it for the same day you have to wait and pay for it.

Horrible supervisors like Yamile do not know how to take care of customers. I went because of a claim for a gift card that was clearly something from the store. The lady did not help nor did the cupbearer seem rather guilty.

Very bad service they provide with the photos, I called 30 minutes before going and they informed me that they had the service until 9 pm, when I went at 7:30 pm they told me at the checkout that the camera did not have a battery. The truth is It's just that they didn't want more workload because I know it was at night and they had many more clients. I understand it because if a campaign like that doesn't have a battery to provide service, then the truth is, it's better to close it. You must understand that the market in this country is becoming with gaining more clients,This was on 12/13/2023 at 7:30pm and this comment is for some manager of that store, do not burden your workers or improve the quality of your service (businesses are attended to as if they belonged to one, that would be the employee )

I was denied the vaccine service, although I was covered by an appointment made on the CVS website. A certain Mrs. Yamilet León denied us both the Covid and the flu vaccines. I will file a complaint with CVS itself and the CDC. Why do they summon us if according to them we do not meet the requirements?
