This is the worst CVS in all of south Florida. Both the pharmacy and front register employees couldn't care less if you live or die. Every pick up is a disaster and getting on the phone with them is next to impossible. 9 times of out 10 they won't have a prescription, no matter how necessary or urgent, and refuse to help with the situation they caused. Shut it down ASAP or completely change the management.

Every time I come here whether it’s the front or the pharmacy there is always a huge line. They are clearly very understaffed. I’m so tired of always waiting and wasting so much time from my day in the lines here. I guess I will have to change my pharmacy soon because I feel stressed every time I come here. People in the lines get rude and nasty. The workers are not attentive. They need to hire more people and better people with nicer attitudes. This isn’t Cuba guys, get it together.

Horrible service at the pharmacy. They take a lunch break from 1:30-2 which is understandable but they don't have the hours posted anywhere visible. I arrived at 1:28 and the clerk yelled from the back telling me to come back after 2pm that they're closed. No hello, no apologies for the inconvenience no nothing. I waited the 30 min plus an additional 25 min line only to get to the front and be told that my prescription wouldn't be ready until after 7pm. That's information the rude yelling clerk could've told me in less than 2 min since I arrived 2 min before they took their break. They lack professionalism and manners at this CVS and they have no regard for people's valuable time. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Get ready to receive the costumer service of a comunist system. The Dr. puts an order through the EMR and for the pharmacy team to start making the order you have to go and request de medication, wait 30+ minutes of your time in the store for them to get ready the order that they reveived hours ago. like your time is not valued!!! like you don't work or have better things to do!!!

Don't expect personable people when you come to this CVS. I believe in my time back to Hialeah, I've visited this pharmacy about 10 times and have only had one pleasant visit. There's either an unbearably long line, to finally get to the front of the line and be told that you can't use your CVS rewards program on other items and need to go back to make yet another long line upfront. To prepaying for an order and having the pharmacy employee give you a huge attitude because they can't seem to get their $hit together. Mind you if you prepay and don't pick up in seven days you get the payment returned but if it shows picked up then they charge you. So I went to pick up the paid prescription (image attached) but they don't show it paid. I literally had to tell them to return it to stock because I refuse to double pay for an item because they are a bunch of rude imbeciles. There is this wonderful thing that ALL employees dealing with customers need to have and that's a good attitude no matter the situation. WARNING: don't prepay meds, atleast not at this location.
