The pharmacy staff were so unprofessional.
No respect for people waiting in line, and although I'm not Hispanic(which this location primarily is) I do speak the language and didn't appreciate the staff talking about me while I waited in line for the 2nd time to get a prescription filled.

Today my experience at this CVS pharmacy 101 Hialeah Drive was terrible! The cashier's provide the worse customer service, one ignored me while in the line, even though someone else told her to attend to me at her open cashier. Other sales associates stocking in the isles, don't ask questions, will answer you with an attitude. I bought a Norelco shaver, and a few other items $99.00. I hope management and corporate can see this post and do something about it! I do have a choice you know! I can go to Walgreens, Walmart or any other store!

This CVS is set back in time that it almost feels like an Eckerds Pharmacy… No self checkout, no carts, congested aisles… If someone told me that Hialeah Park is the most outdated place in Hialeah, I would politely disagree and refer to them to this stuck in time “CVS”.

CVS the best.
This is for people who have a bad opinion of CVS. It cannot be generalized, because all employees are not equal and it is not fair that they all pay the same. And excuse me, ma'am, but that store is the best in everything without omitting anything, look at its character too.

I had a horrible experience in CVS yesterday 3/2 when I went to get my passport photo. I went in around 11 am and asked to get my passport photo. The lady in the cashier told me I need a darker shirt. I came back within the hour to change. Then I came back with the shirt and got the attention of the lady who told me to change my shirt that I am here for the passport. She nodded her head and I assumed she knew. I waited 10 minutes for no reason. There was a lady who had a coffee and walked behind the photo area and completely IGNORED ME! And I am like excuse me I need a passport photo. Then she told me oh the machine broke!!! You would think they wouldn't have me wait 10 minutes and barely even acknowledge me.

Do not buy anything at CVS if you are not sure that you are going to use what you bought because if you do not have a valid ID from Florida they will not refund your money, it does not matter if you paid cash or with a card, also the woman who helped me at 101 Hialeah dr, hialeah fl 33010 is rude, rude.
