I've been visiting this pharmacy for a week to take a passport photo, and every time I go they make me stand in line to tell me that they can't because it doesn't work. Why do they allow a service that they don't do?

The worst CVS I have ever visited, today I arrived at the site and was asking for help to buy soap and no one ever came, after a long wait one of the cashiers told me that I had to stand in line to order it because they did not have staff to help me, they only had two ladies serving at the checkout. I asked where the store manager was and they told me there wasn't one. The line they had was more than 20 people.

Very bad service, the employees are despotic, it is always a story, every time I pick up medicine, the medicines are never ready and it is always a problem with them. Furthermore, they do not respect the people in line when they usually put known people in front of them to serve them. to have words with one of her and immediately 8.10 pm on 2/11/2025 the recipe appeared Woo I was left cold with that bad service 😡😡😡😡

I give them one star because you can't give less to a pharmacy where you leave due to need or illness and when you arrive you are supposedly greeted by the supervisory boss STEPHEN and I say supposedly because it is impossible that a boss who treats a customer so badly, firstly doesn't respond to the greeting or questions, gives you orders to follow and throws you the ID and the money is incredible

6 people inside the store and only one attending to the cash register and he has no help and there are 7 of us who are waiting in line for more than 20 minutes. This is in the pharmacy.

The pharmacy technicians at this location are the WORST I have ever encountered. I never had issues till I transferred my prescriptions to this location.
First, no one acknowledges you while you are waiting to pick up your prescription (even when you’re standing right at the counter).
A simple “hi, I’ll be right with you” is all they have to do, and you can’t even get a “Hello” from them. A lady behind me was also very upset over this.
Second, they call me to tell me my prescription is ready but when I walk in and they have not filled it , nor do they know where it is or who called me. They deny my refills with no explanation, instead of calling me to ask me if it’s ok to fill my prescription from a different brand/lab. After I called about a prescription not being filled, she informed me it will be filled in a few hours. So I asked her why the prior order was not filled, and THATS when she actually checked and told me a reason that wasn’t even correct. I was left wondering how she even thought my prescription would be “filled in a few hours” with that issue unresolved.
If you have to call, prepare to be on hold for a significant amount of time before anyone even picks up.
Very uninformed.
NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER.
PLEASE TRAIN YOUR TECHS IN PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE SKILLS and communication.
It’s really ridiculous.
