Don't deserve not even a single star. DO not go there. The rudest meanest nasty unhappy staff. they literally tell you "do not leave your prescription here, as I don't know when it will be ready. Osleidy, The worst cashier, the most nasty person in the store. She does not want to scan coupons from them. Osleidy, U need to get fired!

I love the customer service they have in this store, there is a girl with red hair I think her name is Stephanie she is really helpful, she helped me with everything I needed and even helped me carry a box of water to my car! I've never really met such a nice person before! very good work!

The drive though is always closed, they operate according to their convenience. There is always a long line. I was in line for almost an hour at 8 pm, only two persons working in the pharmacy, then the main before me rose his voice and suddenly appeared other 4 employees and they even opened the drive trough. There is no pharmacist or it was not present at the time. I asked the girl the drive thru hours and they would say, they said that it was closed and they didn’t know when it would open. Another said that they are lacking personnel and the third one said that CVS wouldn’t pay them more hours.

Where do I start?From the poor customer service to the poor management of employees. Please understand that this a business and as a business dealing with customers and customer service you are here to service the community that you work in.The lack of communication between the pharmacy and the customers dealing with getting medications of any sort is a truly a headache. Their is never any clear communication when a script is being cancelled of any sort.It is very difficult to get questions answered when the people who are behind the counter aren’t answering the phone. This passed week I’ve witnessed it first hand from you alls supervisor. I called the store five times to speak with someone after speaking with cooperate.Stephanie who is a leader of the store with her position as a supervisor intentionally picked up the phone and placed it back down on the counter that disconnected the call. Stephanie who’s name wasn’t given to me correctly by the pharmacist who told me that her name was Jessica didn’t know that I was standing in the aisle at 4:57pm and I watched her do this.This was disheartening to say the least. My experience with this store has been one of thee worst experiences ever. We have many sick people in our communities who look to this CVS for care. It is unfair for us to be treated this way.

The pharmacy is rude, and inept. Came to pick up a prescription 2 hours AFTER Iit was supposedly ready and they still hadn't gotten to it. The lady gives me an attitude like if she's doing me a favor after telling me it might be ready in another hour.

The worst pharmacy in the world. You can't trust your medication on them. It would never be on time, and they will find any excuse to justify their lack of everything. Don't even try to use the phone, you could be calling for hours because they usually make you wait and then they hang up on you. Once after brain surgery, straight from the hospital i went there and they couldn't even Tylenol, because it was in a plastic box and someone has stolen the key and the manager didn't have a copy.There's no UPS...or they didn't want to help me with that.They'll tell you, if you don't like it go across the street to Walgreens...and that's what everyone should do.

They never pick up the phone. They put you on hold and then hang up on you so there is no way to ask any questions you have to go directly like if you want to know if your prescription is ready for pickup you have to drive there and take the chance because no one answers. This is such horrible service because I do not live close by to be going back and forth if my meds are not ready. I’ve currently been on hold for 10 mins and no one answers and now when I have like 20 or 30 mins on hold they hang up you guys need to do better this is people’s meds you’re dealing with not candy to play with! Some people don’t have a car to go to and from the pharmacy 2 or 3 times!

If I could give cero star I would the staff in the pharmacy is very rude and the service is horrible . If you try calling good luck nobody will answer the phone. I will definitely change my pharmacy.

Worst customer service I have ever received at a pharmacy. They lack basic human skills to help. They are always full and lack staff regardless of the time. They have a “double lane service” for the drive through yet the second lane is always closed for their convenience. They keep serving people inside and forget about the drive thru but when you go inside to pick up you’re over an hour on the line to either pick up or drop off it doesn’t matter at all. They will leave you there forever in the drive thru and not care at all and one of the pharmacists (female) has one hell of an attitude and does not help at all. Over all they lack basic human and customer service skills.

Bad customer service the only care for Spanish people they never pick up the phone for two weeks and when they hang up on you it is very bad location never trust them never go there

This review is for the pharmacy only. One of the worst pharmacies in Miami. They never answer the phone when you call. If by chance they answer, the call always gets disconnected. I have an issue with my medications every month. They either don't have the correct dosage on hand, never received the prescription, or never have it ready on time. I would go to another pharmacy but my insurance only covers these meds at a CVS. Horrible service.

Seriously the worst at customer service, they do not answer and the little times that they do, you're put on hold until you hang up. Doesn't matter what time of day you call or how many times you call extremely extremely poor customer service. I do not recommend.

Another useless place . I get here for a passport photo all stuff lie to us the supervisor says they don’t print a photo in months . What is lie what happened in us with the workers ? . Why they don’t want to work. 2:30 pm. Horrible place the supervisor the stuff. Oh god . I hope never come to this store again. This is a nasty place

Horrible customer service communication. You need to know if the customer was actually notified of a basic generic drug is out of stock randomly, after several months of aquiering at CVS. These are people's medicine, not a bad order of Chinese food.
