The pharmacy staff serves the public very poorly, they don't know, they always say that there is no prescription for not working, they treated me very badly, with rude behavior and they left the counter, they are not ethical, I would like to speak with the head of the pharmacy I have never experienced staff with such little education. I have a very, very bad opinion of that pharmacy. You have to leave that pharmacy.

They don't deserve even 1 star, I would give them 0. The cashier named Victoria is a disaster, they close the lottery box and send you to the other cash register to stand in line or "queue" and they waste your time because you still don't know. You can play the lottery for more than 1 hour. Inefficient!!!!

Worst customer service. Everything is a disaster. I waited 15 minutes to pay for a toothbrush. The employees talk to each other. Ignore the customer.

Very bad service from the pharmacy staff. First, they don't answer the phone, second, they tell you that they are going to prepare the medication for you so you can go later and they never send you a message. Third, you have to go again and then they prepare the medication for you, as if you did nothing that day. They send me a prescription for a medication as it is and they say no. Mainly the young ladies who seem not to be well prepared.

They never answer the phone at the pharmacy, there is no staff to attendIn the pharmacy. Very bad attention. It's been more than a day since they sent me a treatment for the asthma and COVID that I have and the answer they gave me is that there were many sick people and now I ask after I drown or get well why I want the terrible treatment but very bad to be desired. Something like this never happened to me when I was in the Navarrese that they attached there in that store. And the most beautiful thing about it is that they give you answers,,,,,, not answers and in Hialeah it seems that we have to realize that we are in the United States. What they have is disrespectful. After spending more than 48 hours and me complaining, they call me and tell me that they do not have theMedication that they sent me there at their pharmacy. That was the answer so if anyone reads this opinion, draw your own conclusions.

Women at pharmacy speak no English. They take 15 minutes to deal with 1 customer. Just to pick up my prescription took 45 minutes and they are the worst customer service I’ve had. Someone from CVS needs to audit this location

Mala atención al cliente específicamente la parte de la farmacia donde te dan los medicamentos tratan a las personas cómo si ellos fueran mejores que los demás y acuérdense que son empleados que le sirven al público Deberían cambiar su actitud y ser más profesionales para trabajar con personas,por ese mismo motivo cambie de farmacia.

Terrible service at the pharmacy, both in person and by phone, they don't answer calls and hang up, I see that they have very bad reviews and they do nothing to improve, they should close the pharmacy or change the staff and mainly the manager, it is the worst pharmacy in Miami

Interesting combo! This Navarro-CVS is on the corner of W. 12th Avenue and W. 29th Street in Hialeah. We have iguanas and ducks in Broward, but here, they have chickens roaming the parking lot.I swung by to get my daughter’s favorite baby cologne that has been like a family heirloom for decades. ? Yes, it can be found in Broward but I was here already!The service is warm and genuine. Everything is continually being stocked and they carry the regular merchandise found in our local CVS pharmacies with the added Navarro products which are not.Altogether, my experience was good and I’m so glad I stopped here!

Do not come here, they don’t have 1 English speaker this is the US the original language is English. On top of that not 1 person to assist in the store coworkers talking amongst each other but no one to help customers horrible !! I will never be coming here again
