my mother in law older person she is 80 requested to please use the ladies bathroom. the bathroom was dirty, there was no soap no toiler paper and the same bathroom is share for man and woman.if Navarro sells toiler paper why is so hard to supply to their own bathrooms for customers use, they even had dry pee on the floor.

There was only one pharmacy cashier while the customer line reached and rounded the perimeter of the store. Many staffers would walk by to which when approached they would simply smile or excuse themselves by saying they were on break, \"I dont work at the pharmacy,\" \"we're understaffed,\" etc. Worse yet was the disdain and unprofessional treatment given clients this afternoon. I will withdraw all future patronage and current prescriptions from this pharmacy or any other CVS brand moving forward. I cannot conceive supporting a business with such lack of respect for their customers or who hold such little expectations from their employees. By rewarding companies with better customer services eventually Navarro and CVS will disappear from the marketplace altogether. We no longer wish to patronize your mediocrity.
