Terrible i have came here twice and every time I come there’s a problem the first time, there was a client arguing or the lady staff who work there not sure what happened, I decided to leave the second time I come over and a post to note on the door saying I will return in 15 minutes I waited for 30mins no one ever returned. I decided to leave definitely not ever coming here again it’s always an issue if it’s not a client upset they’re not there.

Good customer service, but many misleading offers, the manager of the place configures the autopay without your authorization (they deduct the payment directly from the card with which you bought a phone there) which would not have any problem if they let you know beforehand , but in my case it was not like that, I did not know that this option was activated in my account until I went to the bank's page and saw that I was missing a payment of $78 for a single account and then they deducted $142 from two others lines, I felt scammed, they told me I was going to pay $110 for 3 lines a month and the cricket coverage is not worth it, if you use Uber I do not recommend it at all, even if you have the best internet, you lose the signal and you left stranded on the highway. ??
