Good and seamless transition when moving my lines over from T-Mobile. Very good customer service by Elizabeth and Ana. They clearly explained the 2 lines for $90 plan and even hooked it up with a MAX account which includes HBO. Was also able to get a great deal for a cover and glass protector. I will definitely be referring family members to try out Cricket.

Terrible service and they are scammers because they sell you fake equipment without any explanation and then they tell you that you didn't ask, that because of the price you should assume that they are fake and most importantly they don't give you your money back, what is that called (thieves) .

Terrible experience I went a week ago to ask how much it would cost me to change with you, for 3 lines they told me it was 90 dollars, yesterday when I went to make the change they were charging me $250.00, they were charging me $25 for each chip, plus taxes, plus activation, plus monthly payment. Thank God they hadn't made the change for me yet, I'll never go back there again. Be careful with that company. I went to ask Comcast and they told me that they only charge 90 dollars including everything

sales workers need training and need to understand what is in stock before offering customers products, i was told a phone was available and after being charged and giving all my information for a port the sales associate tells me that the phone i wanted was not actually available, location was messy needed to tidy up i got a phone case but once i got a chance to set up the phone at home i realized that the case thats on my phone was for a older version that is the same dimensions of my phone but not my phone so screen protector doesn't match up with front camera and volume and power button dont really click correctly. just came back to cricket as a customer and truly disappointed.
