Customer service at Costco Pharmacy is amazing!! Justin the pharmacy manager is such a pleasure. I was at another pharmacy prior to Costco and Costco is a far superior pharmacy! Keep up the great work guys!!

This past Saturday I went to Costco pharmacy looking for diabetes medication for my mom. The person there was so extremely nice, understanding and compassionate. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but truly amazing customer service.

This location is horrible. They really need better organization. Lines wrap the entire store. You cannot get to the products because the lines are in the way. Shelves not stocked when they open. And you can plainly see the merchandise, it's just not on the floor. A disaster. Costco has great items, this one just needs to do better.

The parking lot is dangerous with cars coming at you from every where. The screening at the door is a waste of $ since you can't buy without a current membership. At this store they treat you like cattle The one in Broward is much nicer and has better inventory.

William at the front door basically called me a lier after telling him my wife was inside and she had the card he said in these words " I don't believe you call your wife" well guess what I called her and I told her to get the membership card throw it in the garbage leave the cart and to come out of the store after at least 15 years I will not set foot at another Costco they can keep their products BJs has better customer service. William I believe you yes you are not that smart and you suck at customer service.

This local Costco is one of my faves. Although one of the oldest stores in South Florida, many of the associates have been here since opening. They are constantly bringing in new products and the store is always clean and organized. My only complaint is that they have done away with the books section. The lines tend to move along fast even during the busiest part of the day or weekend. They also help you in the self-checkout section. The food court could be larger but it works. They recently added self-checkout POS systems in the food court and are working out the kinks with the customers.

Not the best Costco to go to around here. Feels a bit old and I dislike the layout of the parking lot. Staff was relatively friendly. Clothing was neat with a good amount of selection.

Me & my family have been members with Costco for over 20 years. The thin black guy with the goatee that is usually at the entrance/exit is usually rude, abrupt, and discourteous to customers. Management needs to pay attention to this employee or move him to shipping & receiving away from customers, or terminate him. He is negatively impacting this company and this store. I don't know how this Miami Lakes Costco hasn't lit up Costco's corporate list for top worst stores needing an intervention on customer service training from the store manager all the way down. This place is a direct indication of poor quality management from the top down. If this isn't addressed, more customers will cancel & leave. BJ's Wholesale is just 5 blocks up the road, has about all the same products, very competitive price points, also sells gasoline & diesel. In addition, their customer service is more friendly. Hey Costco. I'm a member for over 20 years. If my honest comments & review of this Miami Lakes store upsets you, then good; maybe you will do something to fix the substandard customer service and low quality employees. I might expect that quality at McDonald's drive-thru (just an entry level job & business) but not where I have to pay a membership. What!? I'm paying to be treated poorly? Yeah, no more. BJ's is a minute up the road & they understand customer service. You should borrow their training manual.

This Costco is absolutely the worst. My latest experience was the last straw. My boyfriend went to go return a candle that was under recall & everything was going smoothly until the customer service rep started doubting my boyfriend's membership. She asked for his ID, asked for his mask to be pulled down, account info and STILL denied it was him. Reason being is because he had a beard in his membership photo but no beard today, she questioned how quickly someone can lose their beard. After he explained to an adult woman that a person can simply just SHAVE THEIR BEARD OFF she went off about that it can't be him cause it says she took the picture but she doesn't remember him. We signed up over 2 years ago, how can a person REALLY remember thousands of people who come to Costco in a weekly basis?! ITS RIDICULOUS! When my boyfriend was able to flag down a manager to tell them what just happened, the manager just walked away laughing at his complaint & did absolutely nothing. Another time I was at Costco, a male cashier tried charging my mother $90 for a pack of paper towels. I told him that can't be right and he immediately shushed me away, did something on the register which then the total went to $50. I told him AGAIN there is no way that can be right & he got upset & told me he knew what was doing doing & again hushed me. He finally got the total correct but if I wasn't there with my mother that day, he would've gotten away with overcharging her. His response to me for pointing out the incorrect amount was beyond mind boggling & in no way acceptable in ANY store/setting. He was never once apologetic & never apologized, he was just annoyed that he was caught & rude as can be. I've had store employees yell at my mother in other times for not understanding something (English is her second language), not give me my warranty when I bought a tv & get upset when I came back to ask for it & insist I was lying (all the info was on the receipt tho), & they all become overly aggressive when denying their membership upgrade. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COSTCO, the customer service or just the basic human decency you get from other locations just isn't here. This place needs a complete corporate overhaul or at the very least give the bad apple employees & managers any sort of write up/training on how to do their jobs since they have obviously forgotten.
