BEWARE: If you have ANY investment income you MUST go somewhere else. Albert clearly doesn't understand Schedule E, "Passive" vs "Active" income, K-1's, etc and is VERY sloppy in his work. Albert prepared my kids returns for a few years & I failed to review each thoroughly. When I did this year I found tons of errors on their 2021 1040's and gave him the opportunity to refile. After repeated numerous errors on amended return drafts, I gave up and had to hire a CPA. Albert declined my request to pay for the 2021 refiles with my CPA. He has made many very stupid errors, like rounding cents up when below 50 cents. He failed to record $3,600 in taxable cap gains in spite of being given the paperwork and told to do so. He rarely takes my calls or responds to email. I was told by his assistant "Suzy" to email my request so she can "print it out" to "make sure Albert reads it". If all you have is a W2, you may avoid an audit; otherwise don't say I didn't warn you. And if you lack the knowledge to spot return errors, find someone who does. Just "getting a big refund" is a BIG problem if your return is littered with errors. You get what you pay for, especially with a high volume operation like this outfit.
