Comfort kennel is the best place. I have 4 dogs and for me it’s the best place in all Miami where they best take care of my dogs. I love this place. Fabio is so nice, understanding and the best with the animals.It’s super clean and the best service. I highly recommend it

During COVID times I lost my apt was goin to difficult times. I didn’t know what I was gonna do. Comfort kennels took care of my 3 babies(2 dogs and a cat) price was extremely fair. Fabio and his employees made sure I was comfortable and that my babies where feed and taken care of. They housed them for near to 3 months whilst I got my situation in order. I am so greatful to have found them! Thanks Fabio and comfort kennels you guys are amazing!!!

These people will lose your dog and tell you that it was a risk you took and that it's in the contract you sign. They seem like they are liars and they kept my friend dog on purpose!!!

I brought my dog clean and healthy. Just after a few days, I picked him up in the worst conditions. Not only was he not washed, he has more than a few ticks roaming around him. Although I should've known this would happen to due to the conditions the place was in, this place failed as a service. I recommend no one to come to this place. SAVE YOUR MONEY. GUARDA TU DINERO Traje a mi perro limpio y saludable. Justo después de unos días, lo recogí en las peores condiciones. No solo no estaba lavado, tenía más que unas cuantas garrapatas deambulando a su alrededor. Aunque debería haber sabido que esto sucedería debido a las condiciones en las que se encontraba el lugar, este lugar falló como un servicio. No recomiendo a nadie que venga a este lugar.

Just pick up my dogs today. To start no one was at the kennel. I arrived at 1:00 to 1:30pm. I called the lady and she asked me if I paid. I told yes, in which she did not believe me. She would be there in about 5 minutes. In that she called a elderly man to assist me. He also asked me if I paid. The lady told him to ask. At this point I have been waiting there for about 10 to 15 minutes. That's when she drove up. It states open from 10am to 5pm but that's a lie. When I spoke with her all she stated is that she confused me with some other people. This is no way to run a business. To top it all off. She called my roommate and told her I was rude. Never again.

i'm involved in rescuing and I went to Comfort to pick up a dog, i couldn't believe people actually leave their pets there. It smells horrible, the kennels are dirty and they are exposed to the bipolar Miami weather (beaming sun, storms and cold weather). There was no one in the front when i arrived, she showed up after 10 mins of me being there. This place just looks depressing for any dog. No interaction and you can just tell these people really don't care about animals. It's so sad that they are in business and that people actually leave their dogs there. It definitely needs to be remodeled and new management or it needs to be shut down. It's heartbreaking.

This place should be shut down. I found to lost dogs and I contacted the owner. Turns out he left his two dogs at comfort kennels while he moved and they ended up losing his two dogs and I found them miles away from the location. Horrible and super unprofessional please do not bring your dog here. This is INSANE AND UNACCEPTABLE!! I will make sure to inform as much people as possible about the horrible server here.

I do a lot of rescue work and live and work in the general area, the owner has been immensely helpful in terms of pricing and she's very understanding of many situations for you to have to board a pet. Granted I've only ever boarded big dogs but if you ever go inside the place it really is comfortable. It's nice cool and breezy and all the dogs have ample space to run around and be... Well dogs. She feeds them and even gives them a bath all while I try to rescue more animals and go to school and work. She's an essential person to rescuing all these abandoned Hialeah animals and I can't thank her enough. Please see for yourself what this kennel has to offer and be assured you'll have a caring person watching over your pets. In the Hialeah area I can't recommend Comfort Kennels enough.

Be very aware of the contracts you sign before leaving your beloved pet here. They seem very polite and professional, but when something tragic happens, they turn their back to you and wash their guilty hands with cheap excuses abusing the kind trust of their clients. Irresponsible, heartless and shady "business". Beware
