I have been waiting for more than 45 minutes to be attended to, and the girl who is supposed to attend to me, is talking very relaxed without caring that I, who have been a customer for more than 13 years, have been waiting, she told me, sit down and here I am waiting, the truth is. The treatment of customers in this Bank has changed a lot, what a shame. No wonder they have 2.1 reviews on the internet, what a shame.

Every time I visit this branch Only one person is working as cashier, this is very bad customer service. Unfortunately is the only Chase Branch near by.

I went twice to open a business account. The first time the manager told me that is not staff to help me. I went on Saturday again because is walk-in according to her. They told me that they only have one banker and booked the whole day. Unbelievable, they only have appointments in a few days.

The waiting time at 10 am was minimal. The teller was professional and courteous even when I had not so nice comments on a bank policy that Chase currently has. The manager who came to explain the draconian policy was also nice and courteous. I went to Chase to deposit $ 3,400 and they will not accept the deposit because I am not the account holder. In my 58 years of existence I have never heard such a ridiculous policy. BEWARE you cannot in 2023 deposit cash at Chase if you are not the account holder. I was depositing the money for my mother in law that is currently in a home for the elderly and cannot physical go to the bank. Even after explaining the circumstances the manager was not able to override the transaction. Chase sucks thank God there is alternative banking.

03-10-2023 3:34 PMI want to say thank you to yanelys ( bank teller) for being helpful and patient with me and other customers I've seen her before. She is polite and friendly with everyone. And energy like that helps businesses thrive. I will continue to visit this chase bank as long as she works there.

Worst service ever. They made me change my bank because they were unable to solve a problem. They restricted my accounts for no reason and the commercial made me go several times with no solution.

I am beyond furious! I withdrawal from the ATM machine on 03/18/2022 before going a 10 day trip and no money was dispersed. A receipt came out reflecting that NO CASH was withdrawn and to call the 1-800 number. I then transferred money from my savings and went inside the branch to withdraw the cash. I still show a negative amount in my account and its 03/28/2022. I was told in 12 hours the funds would go back in my account. I have called more than 7 times 3 out of the seven I was told money will be in and nothing the other 4 they transfer me to an answering service that says we cannot help you right now call again. I keep speaking to people that cannot get a solid answer as if I am being brushed off. We are talking a large amount not 20 bucks here! If my receipt shows no cash was given and I came inside the branch why don't I have my money????????? Unacceptable !!!!!!! I'm literally pulling all my money and take it elsewhere!

Would give zero stars if I could. Zero customer service. They truly do not care to help their customers. I've been in there a total of 3 different times and waited 30+ mins just to be told they won't help me and that I need to make an appointment for basic services like a wire transfer. Another time I needed to open a business account and the bank was empty and I was still told I needed an appointment and nothing was available. On every occasion I went to the Miami Lakes branch and was immediately helped by nice and competent employees for the same services this branch wouldn't do for me. Don't waste your time coming here unless it's to use the atm outside.

Went this morning to this branch just to submit some insurance claim checks-paperwork. I was brushed off for not having an appointment. I said thanks and left. They didn't even offer to make an appointment.
