Bad attention at the entrance to Ms. Jessica has a very bad attitude, she is not willing to serve the public well and solve it! but in a bad way it responds generic answers like a robot. That's the face of the bank. I have 3 accounts with you and I don't want to go back. It shows that the bank no longer cares about customers.

Muy mal servicio al cliente. La chica que debió solucionar un pequeño problema o error ocasionado por el mismo banco 15 minutos antes, fue muy poco profesional, no encontró ni buscó una vía rápida para solucionar el problema al cliente y fue muy poco amable. Es una muchacha trigueña que estaba en la recepción el día 01-04-23 a las 2 pm.
