awesome customer service, friendly staff, if trucks are not available the owner does everything in his power to find the customer a truck at the nearest location.

This place was ridiculous. Had a reservation for 9AM but when I showed up the front desk clerk informs me that there are no trucks available. The point of the reservation is so that this situation doesn't occur. She then proceeds to send me to an even further location. Waste of time.
